How do I order a cake from you?

 

For regular cakes, you can place the order through our online store. If you are looking at customized product, please email us at hello@corineandcake.com. It will be helpful if you can provide the following info:

date and time

cake size/ serving size

self-collection/ delivery

contact number

the desired design or theme

Can I call to discuss my cake?

 

The best way to discuss is through email, so that we can always refer back to what we had communicated, and also for us to attach information like flavours, sketches etc.

Please do not call as there will not be any form of call history for us to refer back to. 

How long in advance do I need to place my order? And how much is the deposit?

 

For regular cakes: at least 2 days

For customized cakes: at least 1 week

Please note that we will only confirm the order upon full payment. 

 

How do you charge?

 

We charge by the cake size, number of tiers and the level of complexity of the design.

Will your cake melt? Do I need to put it in refridgerator? 

 

We use Meringue Buttercream in our buttercream cakes so that they can withstand in our hot and humid weather. Swiss buttercreams are made up of whipped meringue and butter, which contributes to a smoother and more luxurious mouthfeel.

For fondant cake, do not put it in fridge. Air-conditioning is a must for fondant cakes.

How do I store your cakes?
 

Store the cake in fridge and let it comes to room temperature before serving (Yes, our cakes taste best in room temperature:)) If eaten straight from the fridge, the cream will crack and be solid like butter, and the sponge will taste less moist.

Do you do delivery?

 

Yes, delivery service is available with delivery fee of $25. For Sentosa and Jurong Island, there will be extra charge of $10.
